Concept Evolution and Project Management
Baloncici will discuss your initial concepts, create drawings and visual
suggestions, develop practical working designs, manufacture them to
agreed deadlines and even operate the inflatable.
Design
Our Mac design facilities, along with CAD cutting and plotting systems,
enable us to provide the fastest turnaround times in the industry for
even the most complex designs, maximizing material saving and hence
lowering end costs to the client.
Artwork
Artwork can be created by various methods - skilled airbrushing, hand
painting and even 6 color digital printing. Imagine can replicate most
complex artwork designs.
We accept customers' concepts in
most formats: flat artwork, AI, CDR, PSD, EPS, JPEG, TIFF.
Testing and Quality Control
Full and continual testing of inflatables throughout the production
process and random sampling of bulk orders is carried out by our
warehouse, ensuring the performance and accurate reproduction of the
customer's product shape.
Installation/Operations
Baloncici also provides a full instruction, operations and installation
service for all of its inflatables, from single site installations to
nationwide multi-site rolling installation with 24-hour service
coverage. Packages can be designed to suit the client's requirements -
just contact us for more details.

If your budget is tight or you feel renting is more appropriate for your

Designing: 3d computerized modeling, clay modeling.
Inflatable Specifications: 8 Oz PVC double side coated Rip stop Nylon
(210 Denier), UV protected. (FR can be done on requirement)
Castle Fabric: 18 - 20 Oz PVC double side coated nylon/polyester of 1000
Denier.
Sewing / Stitching: Double stitch (locking) for better reinforcement,
nylon thread. Quadruple stitch at stress points for moonwalkers.
Webbing: Double reinforced webbing with nylon
Printing Methods: Digital printing, Airbrush, Screen-printing.
All Inflatables and Costumes come with necessary Air blower Kit and
accessories.
